Essential Job Functions
- Provide faculty support to meet the teaching, research, and patient care needs of the Department of Dermatology.
- Assist in fulfilling UTMB’s threefold mission by providing direct patient care, consultative services, outpatient services, and care of hospitalized patients.
- Participate in all teaching activities of the Department, including conferences and lectures, bedside teaching, and rounds.
- Supervise and evaluate residents, provide medical direction, and participate in committee memberships at the departmental and Health System level.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Completed an ACGME approved residency training program in dermatology.
- Certified/Board Eligible in Dermatology.
- Eligible for a Texas Medical license without restrictions.
