About the role
The Department of Information Science in the College of Media, Communication and Information at the University of Colorado, Boulder seeks an outstanding candidate for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position starting in Fall 2024. The ideal candidate will have a special focus on research in accessibility and design.
Responsibilities
- Conduct innovative research in accessibility and design
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in information science
- Engage in professional development and service activities
Requirements
- PhD in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong record of research in accessibility and design
- Excellent teaching skills
- Ability to contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
