About the role
This position involves teaching specific courses across various programs, guiding and mentoring students, preparing students for interviews, planning and delivering learning and development initiatives, conducting research, writing and publishing papers, and counseling students. The role also includes supporting admissions and placements activities, managing academic administration, and communicating with students, alumni, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Teaching specific courses across programs
- Guiding and mentoring students
- Preparing students for interviews with external organizations
- Planning and delivering “learning and development” initiatives for students
- Counseling students
- Doing research, writing, and publishing research papers
- Writing cases in the domain
- Supporting admissions and placements activities
- Managing academic administration (exam management, scheduling classes)
- Communicating with past, present, and future students of Woxsen and other relevant stakeholders
- Performing any other relevant duties and responsibilities as required by the school
Requirements
- Ph.D. from a reputed institute or engineering school with 2 years of teaching or industry experience
- M.Tech. with 5 or more years of teaching/industry experience in the field
Qualifications
