Assistant Professor, Artificial Intelligence

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain an active research agenda in artificial intelligence
• Secure internal/external funding for research program
• Advises and mentors students, including directing and supervising dissertations
• Teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in information science and/or cyber science
• Provides service to academic and professional communities and beyond
• Supports and contributes to the initiatives in the college and university

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. in information science, computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity or a related field, completed before start date.
• Recent AI-related publications in respected venues.
