Assistant Pricing Coordinator
About the role
We are a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to serving communities and providing exceptional service and value. We operate +40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. As an Assistant Pricing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the best value to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the Pricing Coordinator by executing price changes, ad and display updates, and promotional signage throughout the store.
- Maintain accurate pricing across all store products, ensuring guests receive clear and correct information.
- Communicate and collaborate with the Store Director, Pricing Director, and department managers to uphold pricing standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests in locating items and answering pricing-related questions.
- Take the lead in the Pricing Coordinator's absence to keep operations running smoothly.
- Contribute to a clean, organized pricing department, including work areas, inventory, shelving, and the sales floor.
- Follow best practices outlined in the Pricing team manual to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Honor commitments and support the team by performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with guests, team members, and leadership.
- Basic computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A detail-oriented and adaptable approach to handling pricing adjustments and store promotions.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
- Standing for extended periods of time.
- Lifting up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Frequently bending at waist level, kneeling, and reaching above shoulder level.
- Continuous repetitive hand movement, grasping, and fine manipulation.
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.

- Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
- Two-Week Advanced Scheduling: Better planning, better balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability and flexibility.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, with shifts typically scheduled during the day from 700 AM to 400 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts. Wednesday shifts begin at 300 AM to support pricing updates and promotions.
