These “kudos” are great for noticing our hard work, staff recognition and they add up to fun rewards. Our teachers love the gift card rewards specifically!

Responsibilities

• Supervise children closely while adhering to all health and safety guidelines
• Enthusiastically contribute to a positive team environment
• Nurture others by demonstrating kindness, compassion, and gratitude
• Respect diversity, creativity, and individuality to build relationships
• Ensure all center policies and center regulations are met

Requirements

• 2500 hours of documented paid babysitting or childcare experience
• Acquire required clearances
• Communicate respectfully with children, coworkers, and families
• Physically able to complete the tasks necessary to care for small children, including diaper changing

Compensation

$13.00 per hour
