Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and education
- Paid Time Off: 80 hours annually
- Paid holidays, including a paid Winter Break (Christmas week)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the supervision and daily classroom operations for a group of preschool-aged children
- Aid in implementing lesson plans and classroom schedules aligned with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Foster a positive, well-managed classroom environment that supports learning and independence
- Observe and support children’s developmental progress
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and Leadership Team
Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) requirements for employment in a licensed early childhood education program
- PDIS Level 1, CDA, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus
- Previous experience in a licensed early childhood education, daycare center, preschool, aftercare, or public education setting
- Knowledge of the social, emotional, and developmental needs of young children
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds in connection with child care and safety needs
