Assistant Paddle Professional (57969)

Job Summary

The Assistant Paddle Professional will work with the Director of Racquet Sports throughout the fall/winter season, teaching and scheduling members for lessons.

Essential Duties/Functions

• Responsible for attendance and billing for juniors, privates and adult lessons.
• Proper and timely communication with members.
• Teaches paddle to all levels, ages and abilities.
• Participate in events at the Club upon request.
• Schedule court reservations.
• Other duties as assigned for business need.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to problem solve for members.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Maintain professional conduct with members on the court during lessons or general play.

Education and Experience

• Previous paddle teaching experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Light court maintenance; snow shoveling, blowing leaves, etc.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: Compensation is Commission, $90 per hour for private lessons.
