Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in organizational behavior or related field (psychology, sociology, management, public health, education)
- ABD candidates must be awarded degree before December 31, 2027
- Early demonstration of intellectual leadership
- Macro, Meso, and Micro scholars encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in area of study
- Teach and advise students in PhD, master, and executive education programs
Appointment Terms
- Full-time, tenure-track 2027-28 academic year beginning July 1, 2027
- Assistant Professor rank for those with little to no prior full-time faculty experience
- Associate Professor (tenure-track) for experienced applicants
