About the Role
The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Utah is seeking a neurosurgeon who is Fellowship Trained in Spine Neurosurgery to fill a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The candidate will be committed to working within an active academic department with clinical, teaching and research responsibilities and/or developing a community-based practice across a broader spine-based spectrum of services. The Department of Neurosurgery is a multidisciplinary department with a commitment to translational and outcomes research. Our mission is to provide compassionate, accessible, high quality, cost effective health care to help the community promote health and to educate healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible
- Fellowship trained in spine neurosurgery
- Established evidence of excellent surgical training and successful research efforts

Position Details
Academic rank is open and will be dependent upon experience and qualifications. Salary and academic appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and rank. This is a tenure-track position located in Salt Lake City, UT. Open until filled.
