About the role

The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Utah is seeking a neurosurgeon who is Fellowship Trained in Spine Neurosurgery to fill a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.

Responsibilities

• Work within an active academic department with clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities.
• Develop a community-based practice across a broader spine-based spectrum of services.
• Contribute to translational and outcomes research aligned with the Department of Neurosurgery's mission.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in neurosurgery.
• Fellowship trained in spine neurosurgery.
• Established evidence of excellent surgical training and successful research efforts.
