About the role
The Assistant Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the vehicle upfitting department. This includes managing team tasks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with clients to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and train team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for procurement to maintain optimal stock.
- Document procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry.
- Experience with vehicle upfitting processes and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
