Assistant Nurse Manager - Stepdown (Nights)

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations. Responsibilities Include Hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating staff performance to meet departmental goals.Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to achieve financial targets.Providing patient care aligned with age and developmental needs, documenting interventions, and developing collaborative care plans.Managing staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and handling disciplinary actions.Overseeing payroll, staff communication, and making staffing and scheduling decisions, including overtime and assignments. Qualifications And Skills RN license required.Educational background of Nursing Diploma/Associate's; Bachelor's preferred.2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred for advanced qualifications.Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Additional Details: The role may involve leadership responsibilities and preferred experience in charge roles. The work schedule includes four 10-hour night shifts.
