Assistant Nurse Manager - Providence Crisis Stabilization Center
About the role
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse who utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shift. The ANM supports the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit and provides managerial presence for all shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supports the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
- Provides managerial presence for all shifts.
- Manages clinical and operational activities within assigned shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and Graduate from School of Nursing (BS or BSN).
- Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree, but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Shared Governance experience.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
