About the Role

A leadership position for a Registered Nurse (RN) with neonatal and pediatric critical care experience, responsible for managing daily operations, education, and clinical activities of transport RNs.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions are age-appropriate and documented properly.
• Develop and implement staffing plans, monitor productivity, and support departmental operational goals.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication; handle disciplinary actions if needed.
• Contribute to budget development and respond to business changes affecting goals.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure; BSN preferred.
• 3+ years of pediatric transport or critical care experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
