Pediatric Critical Care Transport Nurse
New Opportunity! This position is located in Springfield, MO. This St. Louis Children's Hospital critical care transport team will offer comprehensive and experienced pediatric and newborn transport services in this region.

Schedule
- Full Time, 36 Hours per Week
- 12-hour shifts - Day/Night Rotation
- On Call required
- Weekend & Holiday Rotation as required by department

Responsibilities
- Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educates patients and families on managing illness or injury, including post-treatment home care and medication administration.
- Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Engages in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, and family.
- Proactively ensures communication of the care plan across the continuum of care.
Requirements
- 3 years of RN experience in pediatric transport, pediatric ICU, pediatric ER, pediatric CICU, or neonatal ICU (5 years preferred).
