Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to operational objectives.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial targets.
• Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions are appropriate for patient age and needs, and document accordingly.
• Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Handle staffing logistics, payroll, staff communication, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.

Qualifications & Skills

Required: Nursing diploma/associate's degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, supervisory experience preferred.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
