Role Overview

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff by hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development, ensuring departmental goals are met.
• Participates in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet revenue and expense targets.
• Provides patient care aligned with age and developmental needs, creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Monitors staff productivity, manages work hours, approves payroll, conducts performance reviews, and handles disciplinary actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience: 2+ years in leadership; 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles
• Licenses: Valid RN license
• Preferred: Leadership experience, surgical background, team lead or charge experience.
