Responsibilities

• Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Develop and oversee departmental staffing and budgets, ensuring operational goals are met.
• Coordinate patient care plans tailored to age and developmental needs, documenting interventions accordingly.
• Support staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including staffing assignments and performance reviews.
• Ensure staff productivity aligns with departmental objectives and participate in performance management.

Requirements

• RN license required.
• Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; less than 2 years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience in emergency or critical care settings is a plus.
