Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Room

Role Overview: Coordinate patient care, manage personnel, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure accurate data collection. Lead and evaluate staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, and conducting performance reviews to support departmental goals. Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource management to align with operational objectives. Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments, ensuring patient needs are met with personalized and quality care. Monitor staff productivity, manage scheduling, and handle payroll activities. Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree, RN license, and 2-5 years of relevant experience; preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 5-10 years of experience and supervisory roles. Strong Leadership, Communication, And Organizational Skills Are Essential. Additional preferred experience includes emergency room or critical care settings.
