About the role
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health of New England, is hiring Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support high-performing clinical teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This is an ideal opportunity for Charge RNs or experienced nurses ready to step into leadership and grow within a nationally recognized health system.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision
- Coach and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with leadership on performance improvement initiatives
- Serve as a hands-on, visible leader
Open Areas
- Congestive Heart Failure
- MEDICAL CARDIOLOGY / TELEMTRY
- EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut RN License
- BLS required (ACLS/specialty certs as applicable)
- 3+ years acute care RN experience
- Prior Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred
- BSN required
