Named National Builder of the Year in 2021 by Builder Magazine, Stanley Martin Homes is driven to “design and build homes people love at a price they can afford.” As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager, you will be the right hand of the Neighborhood Sales Manager, supporting the sales office and model home, greeting prospects, showing homes, managing brochure and marketing materials, auditing website accuracy, assisting homebuyers throughout the buying process, communicating progress and loan information, coordinating with corporate marketing for events and MLS listings, and helping maintain the neighborhood’s appearance while delivering high‑quality customer service to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and appointments when they arrive to the model home
- Learn what is important to them in their home search and show available homes
- Keep everything in order by putting together and stocking brochure material
