Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Head Men’s Soccer Coach with all operations of the men’s soccer program.
• Recruiting responsibilities: Communication with PSAs, database management, visit planning, and calendar scheduling.
• Cooking, lodging, and meal planning for team travel.
• Coordinating team skill development sessions and individual workouts.
• Supporting academic monitoring and team travel and meet management.
• Conducting scouting, game-day strategy, and in-game decision making.
• Assisting with summer camps, fundraising, and alumni engagement.
• Participating in departmental functions and committee work as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director/Men’s Soccer Coach.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at the collegiate level.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with coaches, athletes, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay

A monthly stipend, room, board, and full benefits package.

Schedule

12-month, full-time position.
