Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

About the role

The Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach will assist the Head Men’s Soccer Coach in all aspects of the program, including game preparation, team development, and player recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game preparation and strategy discussions
• Work closely with players to develop their skills and improve their performance
• Manage team travel and logistics
• Recruit new talent and maintain relationships with current players

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Coaching, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the college level
• Experience with NCAA rules and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Pass a background check
