Job Functions

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
• Drive sales of products and services
• Aid the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion
• Schedule and cash integrity
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Prepare and package customer orders
• Analyze profit and loss statements
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition

Experience

• Work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays
• 1+ years restaurant management experience
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees

Qualifications

• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A valid driver’s license
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
