Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution and two (2) years of related experience in contract or facilities management.
- One (1) year of supervisor or lead experience, or one (1) year in a custodial supervisory or lead role.
- Experience working with service contractors.
Supplemental Functions
- Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and Core Values.
- Knowledge of custodial procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of contract management and service delivery oversight.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and facility operations processes.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic systems.
- Manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Supervise/coordinate contracted services.
- Analyze data and generate reports.
- Maintain effective working relationships.
- Work flexible schedules including nights/weekends.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly having to move objects.
- Frequent exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards.
- Majority of work performed outside or with exposure to risk.
- Frequent physical effort required.

Requirements
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurability with the college's insurance carrier.

Compensation
Salary Range: $54,066.00 - $65,934.00
Compensation is determined based on experience.
