About the role

The Assistant Manager position at Hobby Lobby is one of hourly store management. A typical work week consists of 40-48 hours, with regular store hours from Monday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 8:00PM, and closed on Sunday. Typical hours include working from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, closing the store 2 nights a week and working every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service to customers.
Oversee the merchandising and display of products to enhance customer experience.
Train and supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Participate in store events and community outreach programs.
