Assistant Manager
Hospitality & Guest Experience
Help create exceptional guest experiences every day. Build relationships with regular guests and first-time visitors alike. Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure positive outcomes. Lead by example in hospitality, professionalism, and service standards. Help create an environment where guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and excited to return.
Leadership & Team Development
Support the General Manager and leadership team in daily operations. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members. Coach and develop staff to improve performance and guest satisfaction. Help maintain accountability and a positive, team-first culture. Lead shifts and provide operational support during busy service periods.
Operations
- Aid in scheduling and labor management.
- Support cleanliness, organization, and facility standards.
- Help ensure service consistency and operational excellence.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that improve guest experiences, sales, and team performance.
Tipped Service Responsibilities
Work scheduled service shifts alongside the team. Deliver outstanding hospitality and service. Build guest loyalty through genuine interactions and attention to detail. Serve as a role model for hospitality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum annual compensation of $47,500.
- Cash flow structure includes a combination of management pay and regularly scheduled tipped service shifts.

- Full-Time Hybrid management and tipped-service position.
- Guaranteed minimum annual compensation of $47,500.
- Additional earning potential through tipped shifts.
