Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Lead by example because your team will follow every example you give
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
• Be accountable for everything that happens within your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits
• You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location

Qualifications

• Great positive attitude
• High Energy
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location

Schedule

5+ days per week, most weekends.
