Assistant House Leader

Description

The Assistant House Leader is a blended role where the primary responsibility is to enhance the resident’s quality of life. The neighborhood model aims to create a home-like feel for residents emphasizing social interaction, resident autonomy, and personalized care. The Assistant Neighborhood Leader will help support in all 3 neighborhoods at Fairway View and work closely with the current Neighborhood Leaders to effectively lead the neighborhoods.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide leadership within the neighborhood, support and assist with staffing and building the team
• Oversee and ensure quality and safety for both staff and residents
• Evaluate and address the successes and needs of the household
• Assure that resident rights and responsibilities are honored and met
• Promote the residents’ well-being and satisfaction by supporting resident-centered care
• Keep the overall function of the household running smoothly
• PRACTICE highly sensitive interpersonal and communication skills with staff, other departments, residents and families

Hours And Pay

• Hours will be Regular part time (60 hours per pay period)
• SUPPORTING the Neighborhood in both a Lead and CNA capacity

Pay

Hourly Rate: $23.63 – $33.55
