This opportunity will allow you to positively impact the quality of life for over 700 seniors and their families.
Responsibilities
- Interact with residents, their families and medical providers, and caregivers and medication assistants
- Create partnerships with the clinical and care teams
- Respond to changes in condition with first-rate assessment skills
- Teach and train effectively
- Document and communicate accurately and factually
Qualifications
- Current Nursing License
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a nurse
- Current TB test
- CPR certification
- Criminal record/background check and Fingerprint Card
Skills
- Ability to positively interact with residents, providers, and families
- Able to create partnerships with the clinical and care teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Relationship building, persistence, flexibility, and adaptability
Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $31.00 to $37.50 per hour.
Schedule
This is a 7 day a week, 24 hour a day workplace setting, so working some weekends or evenings is expected.
