Assistant Healthcare Director (AHD)

About the role

We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented individual to work with us as we seek to provide quality care in an environment that promotes a sense of well-being and the feeling of true community in a homelike setting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, their families and medical providers, and caregivers and medication assistants.
• Implement day-to-day nursing activities for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Create partnerships with the clinical and care teams.
• Respond to changes in condition with first-rate assessment skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and medical providers.
• Teach and train effectively.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a nurse.
• Current TB test.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass criminal record/background check and obtain Fingerprint Card.
• Good time management skills.
• Self-starter with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.00 to $37.50 per hour.

Schedule

This is a 7 day a week, 24 hour a day workplace setting, so working some weekends or evenings is expected.
