About the role
The role is responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in a residential care facility.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily activities of living
- Administering medications as per schedule
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the living areas
- Documenting resident care and interactions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Experience in a similar role
