About the role
This job provides personal customer service to bank customers and provides assistance to the Head Teller.
Responsibilities
- Conducting customer transactions on the teller line
- Cooking teller staff
- Coordinating teller staff
- Resolving customer questions
- Overseeing daily teller balancing
- Providing teller training
- Ensuring compliance of all bank policies and regulations
