The Assistant Group Supervisor supports the daily operation of the childcare classroom by creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Maintain required staff-to-child ratios
• Provide positive behavior guidance
• Coordinate with classroom aides and volunteers
• Communicate professionally with families
• Maintain program records and classroom organization
