About the role
Punkin Patch in Red Lion is seeking an energetic, nurturing, full-time Assistant Group Supervisor to join their team in the Toddler and School Age classrooms. The position offers a competitive compensation range of $15-$17/hr and flexible scheduling options: either Monday through Friday, full time (8am-5pm) or part time (split shifts, 6-9am and 3:30-5:30pm).
Responsibilities
- Support the Group Supervisor in managing classroom activities and routines
- Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours of experience working with children
- Ability to pass all background checks

- Pass all background checks
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with child development and safety protocols
