Assistant General Manager - High Volume Restaurant

Responsibilities

• Aid the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a willingness to learn
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule

The position is full-time and involves evening, weekend, and holiday work.
