Assistant General Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a full-time, driven Assistant General Manager to join our team. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, maintain high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met while fostering a positive workplace culture. In the absence of the General Manager, you’ll step up and take charge of the restaurant.

• Take charge of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence
