Assistant General Manager

About the role

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant. As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead important internal functions and support the General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards in three key areas: Kitchen, People, and Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report results.
• Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen.
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas to provide the best service.
• Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
