As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, helping lead the team to success while ensuring First Watch’s high standards of service and quality are met. You’ll play a key role in team development, customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Support staff development and training
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and financials in collaboration with the General Manager
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Kitchen experience needed
