Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve desired sales and revenue goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads for optimum membership growth.
• Coordinate and work within club support functions, including Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, and Information Technology.
• Support personnel-related problems or difficulties by following club procedures and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner following club procedure and documentation.

Requirements

• 1 year of management experience (preferred).
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience managing a fitness facility is a plus.
