About the role

At Buffalo Wild Wings, an Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game, manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, and drive guest-related metrics and guest engagement. Game Time Energy, Lifetime Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement

Requirements

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team

Pay

$63,000–$77,000 per year. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
