Assistant General Manager

Job Description

The Assistant General Manager at Atrium Hospitality is responsible for guiding and supporting the team through daily operations, overseeing daily processes and delivering timely, accurate revenue reports, managing house funds and resolving cashier discrepancies, and completing month-end tasks and general ledger duties.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hotel management experience
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday
• Process Pro: Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments
• Integrity Champion: Build trust with direct, honest communication, ensuring a respectful and reliable environment
• Decisions with Confidence: Use experience and sound judgment to make swift, impactful decisions that enhance guest experiences and drive business success
