The Assistant General Manager is a salaried people leader who directly manages the sales team, coaches execution, holds accountability, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (Including Ups Management)
- Customer Experience & Guest Support
- Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling
- Facilities & Building Oversight
- Culture Management & Communication (Including Huddle Leadership)
- Store Operations & Standards
- Talent Development & Coaching
- Scheduling & Team Management (Including Conflict Management)
- Training & Performance Management
- KPI Reporting & Management Meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College degree (preferred)
- 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role (preferred)
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting
- Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
Schedule
Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required
