Assistant General Manager, A|X Outlet

As a leader within Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team, inspiring and motivating them daily. You will collaborate with the General Manager to align the team on driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring efficient store operations. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business will shape both client and associate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies.
• Spend time on the sales floor to understand front-line business insights and use them to improve store performance.
• Shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates, driving revenue.
• Ensure clear and effective communication is cascaded throughout the team.
• Lead by example with integrity, fostering collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and strategic thinking.
• Manage end-to-end store operations, including labor and supply budgets.
• Support the General Manager in all aspects of store management.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• College/post-secondary degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated experience in executing sales management trainings and presentations.
• Proficiency with retail systems and office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Open availability, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Skills

• Fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is a strong asset.

Pay

$55,000 annually, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission plan depending on the brand.
