Responsibilities

• Work with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
• Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
• Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
• Assist the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
• Review energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and provide guidance on best practices and modifications of current operations.
• Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering).
• 0-2 years of experience.

Travel Requirements: 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical Activities & Demands

• Climbing stairs, ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.

Environmental Conditions: Noisy or quiet work environments.
