Assistant Facilities Manager
What's the Job?
Support the daily management and coordination of facility operations, maintenance programs, and building initiatives. Oversee building services, coordinate vendors and contractors, and manage work orders and maintenance activities. Ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Assist with budgeting, reporting, preventive maintenance, and operational projects. Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, occupants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth facility management.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a valid driver's license
- Minimum of 3+ years of facilities management experience managing hard and soft services
- Knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and BMS
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CMMS platforms like Corrigo, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
