Assistant Facilities Manager

About the role
This position is based in New York City Headquarters and reports to the Director of Corporate Real Estate. You will lead and manage regional facilities projects, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of office facilities. Responsibilities include overseeing construction and renovation projects, collaborating with internal departments and external vendors, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions that support business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of construction, renovation, and relocation projects across regional office locations
- Oversee external partners including architects, engineers, general contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Review, manage, and track construction documents, permitting processes, and site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and project readiness
- Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and key deliverables
- Act as the primary liaison between Facilities and internal departments (IT, Security, Office Services, Marketing, local Office Managers, etc.) to support workplace experience initiatives
- Serve as the main contact for day-to-day facilities operations with property managers, landlords, and office managers, ensuring safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained environments in regional offices
- Maintain records and documentation related to building systems, vendor certifications, inspections, and regulatory compliance for regional offices
- Travel regionally as needed
Requirements
- 7+ years in facilities or project management, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience with physical security systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ORACLE, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam Revu is a plus
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary expected for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible for participation in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan and other compensation programs as applicable.
