Assistant Extrusion Machine Operator | Excellent Premiums

About the role

ProAmpac in Hartford, WI is actively hiring Assistant Extrusion Operators to help control and monitor film production (roll stock of film/plastic) on designated line(s). This role oversees quality, housekeeping, and safety of the extrusion line(s) and maintains clear communication with all Plant Departments to produce quality base film.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior manufacturing experience required
• Prior machine operator experience a plus
• Prior experience working in extruding or blown film extruding is a plus
• Understanding of basic math
• Able to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
• Able to work 12-hour shifts with overtime as needed
• Able and willing to climb stairs and be comfortable working with heights

Pay

Starting wages range from $19 - $21+/hour based on experience. $4/hour shift differential on D-Shift.

Schedule

D-Shift: Thursday - Saturday and every other Sunday, 6pm - 6am ($4/hour premium).
