About the Role
Support the holistic growth of student-athletes by providing career guidance, leadership training, and personal development opportunities. Foster relationships with student-athletes, coaches, and faculty while coordinating career programs, student-athlete orientation, and SAAC leadership initiatives. Collaborate with advisors to track academic progress, support NCAA eligibility processes, and organize community engagement efforts. Serve on campus committees and contribute to department-wide initiatives that enhance the overall student-athlete experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
Pay
Annual salary: $50,050 - $58,000
Schedule
- Day/1st Shift
- Onsite (final schedule to be determined by the department/hiring manager)
